Refund policy

Damaged Goods

I take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. However, if a product arrives with a flaw or has been damaged during transit, please contact me within 14 days of your purchase date. I am committed to resolving any issues and will work with you to ensure your satisfaction. Please note, I am not able to issue refunds for damaged items reported after 14 days.

If your piece arrives damaged or flawed, I will request a photo of the item. Depending on availability (such as if I have a similar piece in stock or can reproduce the item), will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

Other Refunds

If you receive an item that is undamaged and free from flaws but decide you no longer want it, you may return the item within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Please note that refunds will only be issued once the returned item has safely arrived back at my facility. Refunds will not be processed before the item has been returned.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for items that are not damaged. Additionally, the item must be carefully packaged to prevent damage during the return process. If the item is damaged during return shipping, the customer will be held responsible, and no refund will be issued.

Please note that only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items, are not refundable.

If Goods Do Not Arrive

If your parcel does not arrive, please contact me within 30 days of your purchase or shipping confirmation date. Unfortunately, I am unable to offer refunds or replacements for parcels reported as missing after this 30-day period.
